Shipping

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

• Orders are processed and delivered within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping costs AED 15 per order.
• Free shipping on orders of 3 items or more.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and tracking details once it ships.

Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If your size or fit isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• To start an exchange, contact us via the Contact page on the website with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.

Please note we currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges for a different size or item.
