Do you ship outside the UAE?
Right now, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. We're working on expanding so stay tuned.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and delivered within 1-3 business days across the UAE.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is AED 15 per order, and free on orders of 3 items or more.

What sizes do you offer, and how do they fit?
Our pieces fit true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, streetwear fit.

What are your products made of?
Fabric and material details are listed on each product page, since they vary depending on the piece. Check the product description for specifics before you order.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We don't currently offer refunds. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Our pieces are released in limited quantities and once they're sold out, they won't be restocked. If you see something you love, we'd recommend grabbing it while it's available.
